Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking or using services provided by Keep Clean ATX LLC, doing business as Keep Bin Clean, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all customers in Pflugerville, Hutto, Manor, Round Rock, and surrounding areas.

2. Services Provided

Keep Clean ATX LLC, doing business as Keep Bin Clean, provides mobile residential trash bin cleaning including high-pressure hot water washing, sanitizing, and deodorizing of standard residential bins at your curbside. We offer a one-time cleaning and three recurring service plans: Monthly, Every 2 Months, and Quarterly.

3. Pricing and Additional Bins

All base prices cover one bin.

• One-Time Cleaning: $50 for one bin. Each additional bin is $10. Two bins total $60. No recurring commitment and no follow-up visits are scheduled automatically.
• Monthly Plan: $20 per completed visit for one bin, or $25 for two bins, once per month. Each additional bin is $5 per visit.
• Every 2 Months Plan: $30 per completed visit for one bin, or $35 for two bins, once every 2 months. Each additional bin is $5 per visit.
• Quarterly Plan: $40 per completed visit for one bin, or $45 for two bins, once every 3 months. Each additional bin is $5 per visit.

Current launch pricing. The prices above are our current launch prices. If you enroll in a recurring plan at a launch price, that enrolled price applies to your plan for the whole of your initial 12-month term. Any later change to our prices applies to new enrollments and is made together with an updated version of these Terms; it does not change the price of a plan already enrolled during its initial term. The Early Cancellation Adjustment in Section 6 is calculated from the prices in effect when you enrolled.

4. Recurring Plan Terms

Recurring plans include an initial 12-month service commitment. The scheduled number of visits during that initial term is 12 for the Monthly plan, 6 for the Every 2 Months plan, and 4 for the Quarterly plan.

The recurring per-visit prices are discounted relative to the One-Time price in exchange for that commitment.

5. Payment Terms and Card Authorization

Payment is due after each completed service. We charge the authorized payment method on file after each completed service and send you a receipt. You are not charged for a visit that was not performed. You are not charged in advance, and you are not charged simply because a calendar date arrives. Accepted methods are credit card and debit card. We do not send residential invoices for you to pay manually. Accounts that cannot be charged may have service suspended.

Commercial and HOA payment terms, including invoicing, depend on the quote provided for that property and are not governed by the residential policy above.

Charges by plan, in each case after the visit is completed: One-Time $50 for the first bin plus $10 per additional bin; Monthly $20 for the first bin plus $5 per additional bin, so $25 for two bins; Every 2 Months $30 for the first bin plus $5 per additional bin, so $35 for two bins; Quarterly $40 for the first bin plus $5 per additional bin, so $45 for two bins. Every 2 Months and Quarterly plans are not charged monthly; they are charged only after each completed visit at their own frequency.

When you enroll in a recurring plan you authorize Keep Clean ATX LLC, doing business as Keep Bin Clean, to charge the payment method on file after each completed visit, and to charge any Early Cancellation Adjustment described in Section 6 if you cancel during the initial 12-month term.

Enrollment in a recurring plan requires express acceptance of these Terms at checkout. The acceptance record must include the date, time, plan selected, number of bins, and Terms Version.

6. Cancellation Policy and Early Cancellation Adjustment

You may stop future visits at any time. Recurring plans have an initial 12-month commitment, so cancelling during that term triggers an Early Cancellation Adjustment. This is not a penalty for the remainder of the year; it recovers only the discount you already received on services that were actually completed.

If you cancel during the initial term:

• You are not charged for future visits.
• You are not charged for the remainder of the year.
• Completed visits are recalculated at the One-Time prices in effect when you enrolled.
• A visit that was not performed is not billed and does not count as completed.
• A service skipped because it was not performed is not part of the adjustment.
• You receive a receipt showing the calculation.

Formula. Early Cancellation Adjustment = (first-bin price difference × number of completed visits) + ($5 × each additional-bin unit serviced during those visits). An additional bin serviced on one visit is one unit; two additional bins on one visit are two units.

• Monthly: $50 − $20 = $30 per completed visit.
• Every 2 Months: $50 − $30 = $20 per completed visit.
• Quarterly: $50 − $40 = $10 per completed visit.
• Additional bins: One-Time $10 − recurring $5 = $5 per additional bin on each completed visit.

Example 1 — Monthly, 1 bin, three completed visits. Paid 3 × $20 = $60. One-Time equivalent 3 × $50 = $150. Adjustment $90. Future visits $0.

Example 2 — Monthly, 2 bins, three completed visits. Recurring price per visit $20 + $5 = $25. Paid 3 × $25 = $75. One-Time equivalent 3 × ($50 + $10) = $180. Adjustment $105. Future visits $0.

Example 3 — Monthly, 3 bins, three completed visits. Recurring price per visit $20 + $5 + $5 = $30. Paid 3 × $30 = $90. One-Time equivalent 3 × ($50 + $10 + $10) = $210. Adjustment $120. Future visits $0.

Pausing or changing frequency during the initial term. Pausing service or changing frequency during the initial 12-month term is treated as cancellation of the current plan. The Early Cancellation Adjustment applies only to discounts received on completed services. Future visits are not charged. Enrolling in a different frequency creates a new plan with a new initial 12-month term and requires new consent.

After the initial 12-month term. Service continues at the frequency you selected until you cancel it. No new minimum commitment begins. The authorized payment method is still charged after each completed service. No Early Cancellation Adjustment applies after the initial term, and you are not charged for services that were not performed.

How to cancel. Email support@keepbinclean.com or call or text (737) 230-6336. Please provide at least 48 hours notice before your next scheduled visit.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure bins are empty and at the curb by 7:00 AM on your service day.
• Ensure bins are free of hazardous materials.
• Provide accurate address and contact information.
• Keep a valid payment method on file so completed services can be charged.

8. Hazardous Materials

We do not clean bins containing hazardous waste, medical waste, or sharps. Bins found to contain such materials will be skipped with no refund.

9. Property Damage

Notify us within 48 hours if you believe our service caused damage to your property. We are not responsible for damage to bins that are already cracked or structurally compromised before service.

10. Wastewater Disposal

We manage wash water responsibly and follow applicable disposal requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes shall be resolved in Travis County or Williamson County courts.
